Terms and Conditions

Last updated: November 7, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Canvo (the "Service"). By creating an account, continuing to use the Service, or otherwise accessing Canvo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Canvo is provided by Shiref Abouzaid, an individual sole proprietor ("we", "us", "the Seller"), registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Egypt.

When you make a purchase, you are entering into a contract directly with us, the Seller — not with Paddle.com. Paddle.com acts only as our payment reseller and Merchant of Record for the limited purpose described in Section 7.

2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Canvo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

3. Service Description

Canvo is a generative-AI platform for ad design, AI product photography, and AI fashion/on-model photography. You upload images and/or a prompt, choose settings, and Canvo's AI generates supporting visuals, image variations, or copy suggestions in Arabic and English.

Canvo is a creative and productivity tool. We do not guarantee that any generated output will suit a particular commercial, legal, medical, safety, or advertising purpose — you are responsible for reviewing generated content before you publish, distribute, or rely on it.

4. Accounts and Your Obligations

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, and must be at least 18 years old to use Canvo.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Canvo, and not to upload, generate, or distribute any content through Canvo, that:

We may report content that appears to violate criminal law to the relevant authorities and cooperate with law-enforcement requests as required by law.
  • Is unlawful, or violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, spam, or otherwise abusive of the Service, its credits system, or other users.
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property or publicity right of any person.
  • Interferes with or compromises the security or integrity of Canvo, including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems without authorization, or scraping the Service or its templates.
  • Depicts illegal content, non-consensual sexual content or deepfakes of a real person, hateful or harassing material, or content intended to dox, impersonate, or deceive another person.
  • Attempts to "jailbreak", circumvent, or disable the safety or moderation systems built into Canvo's AI models.

6. Your Content and Generated Outputs

You warrant that you own, or hold all necessary rights, licenses, and consents for, every image and every prompt you upload to Canvo — including the right to depict any person shown in it — and that none of it infringes a third party's rights (for example, watermarked or licensed stock imagery you are not authorized to use commercially).

You are solely responsible for the outputs you generate and for their accuracy, legality, and suitability for your intended use before you publish, distribute, or act on them. Canvo is not responsible for how you use a generated output.

7. Credits, Payment, and Subscriptions

Canvo is used by purchasing credit packages, a prepaid digital balance that is consumed per generation at the rate shown in the product at the time of generation. Credits do not expire. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

Canvo never receives or stores your full card details — our payment processor handles that directly. Purchased credits are tied to your account and are not transferable to another account. If we offer a recurring subscription, its price, billing frequency, and cancellation method will be shown before you subscribe, and you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
  • Paddle handles the checkout, billing, and payment-method details of your purchase on our behalf.
  • Paddle's own buyer terms, available at paddle.com, also apply to the payment transaction itself.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which gives you at least 14 days to request a refund of any unused credit balance. Refund requests are handled by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record.

9. Delivery of Generated Content

Generated images and designs are made available in your account, typically within minutes. If a generation technically fails, the credits spent on it are automatically returned to your account balance.

10. Intellectual Property

Canvo's software, templates, branding, and underlying technology belong to us and are not sold to you — your credit purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

You keep ownership of the images and content you upload. As between you and us, you own the outputs Canvo generates for you, subject to the warranties in Section 6 and to the rights of any third party whose work was used to train the underlying AI models, which we do not control.

If you believe content on Canvo infringes your intellectual property, send a notice to shiref.abouzaid@gmail.com identifying the material and your rights in it. We will review the notice and may remove or disable access to the content. An account found to have repeatedly infringed third-party rights may be suspended or terminated.

11. Content Moderation

We may, but are not obliged to, review, moderate, or remove any content uploaded to or generated through Canvo that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or a third party's rights, without prior notice.

12. Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Notice explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using Canvo, you also agree to our Privacy Notice.

13. Service Availability and Changes

We provide Canvo on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and will try to give notice of any change that materially affects you.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Canvo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that AI-generated output will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. AI outputs can be imperfect or inaccurate, and are not a substitute for regulated professional advice — including legal, medical, financial, or safety advice — and should not be relied on as such.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Canvo, with or without notice, if: you materially breach these Terms; a payment fails or you do not pay amounts owed; we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a security risk connected to your account; or you repeatedly violate these Terms after being warned.

You may stop using Canvo and close your account at any time by contacting us at shiref.abouzaid@gmail.com.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt. Before filing a claim, please contact us — most issues can be resolved directly.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Canvo. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
