Refund Policy

Last updated: November 7, 2026

This Refund Policy explains your refund rights for credit purchases made on Canvo. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf.

The Simple Version

You can get a refund on any unused credits within 14 days of buying them, no questions asked. Credits you've already spent on a generation have delivered that digital service already, so they aren't covered — but a generation that fails is automatically returned to your balance as credits, at no cost to you.

1. Change-of-Mind Refunds

You may request a refund of any unused credit balance within 14 days of the date of purchase, for any reason, including a simple change of mind. This window applies to the unused portion of a credit purchase only.

2. Credits You Have Already Used

A credit is consumed the moment you start a generation, at which point Canvo has delivered that digital service to you. Credits already spent in this way sit outside the change-of-mind window described above, because the service they paid for has already been provided.

This policy does not limit any right you may separately have under applicable consumer-protection law.

3. Failed Generations

If a generation technically fails, the credits you spent on it are automatically returned to your account balance — you don't need to request anything for this.

4. How to Request a Refund

Because Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through Canvo, refund requests are handled by Paddle. You can reach Paddle directly at paddle.net, or through the receipt or invoice email Paddle sent you after your purchase.

You're also welcome to contact us at shiref.abouzaid@gmail.com and we will help coordinate your request with Paddle.
